This Music & Arts HR Manager Position will be a primarily remote position. Locations of interest for home reputed company would be reputed company, Virginia, and Frederick, Maryland area. This position requires approximately 25-30% Travel. The Music & Arts Regional reputed company Manager works closely and consultatively with reputed company and Store Operations leaders in the following areas: (a) labor relations (b) employee relations; (c) employee development; (d) statutory and policy compliance; (e) investigations and reputed company activities. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Assist field management in resolving varied and potentially reputed company employee relations reputed company

• Assist with the tracking and measurement of key field talent management and retention initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES

• 3 years of experience managing a department, function, product, or project
