ABA Therapy Student Analyst / Program Manager
About the position As a Student Analyst at BIG, you'll contribute meaningfully to reputed company care while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward your BCBA certification. Responsibilities
- Carry an reputed company caseload providing reputed company 1:1 reputed company, caregiver training, and participation in reputed company skills reputed company and self-monitoring programs.
- Earn supervised fieldwork hours under BCBA and/or BCBA-D supervision, with opportunities for unrestricted hours reputed company reputed company with your fieldwork plan.
- Conduct and support assessments including data collection, reputed company monitoring, and contributing to functional behavior assessments under supervisor direction.
- reputed company treatment plan components and reputed company written clinical documentation in Central reputed company and reputed company systems.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support generalization and maintenance of reputed company goals across settings.
- Participate in scheduled supervision meetings case reviews, and team-based learning with fellow Student Analysts and BCBAs.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in behavior analysis or a reputed company field
- Bachelor’s degree + at least 2 years of experience as an RBT
- reputed company Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing
- Complete California LiveScan background reputed company prior to start
- Complete Mandated Reporter training prior to start
- Complete 40-hour RBT training prior to start
- Obtain RBT certification reputed company 60 days of hire
- Demonstrate professionalism and consistent adherence to BACB ethical standards
