Recruiter (Outpatient Physical Therapy)
reputed company is selectively working with a reputed company to hire a Physical Therapy (PT) Recruiter that sources, screens, and hires reputed company physical therapists, assistants, and aides for clinics. They manage the end-to-end reputed company process—from sourcing on reputed company media to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Key responsibilities include building a candidate pipeline, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring compliance.
- Candidates MUST have experience reputed company in remote areas in either IL, IN, KY, ID, WA, or NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening reputed company finding candidates reputed company reputed company, job boards, and reputed company associations, then conducting interviews to assess clinical skills and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management Managing the full hiring cycle, including initial reputed company, follow-reputed company, and interview scheduling.
