Property General Adjuster - reputed company Region (Remote)

reputed company reputed company is seeking a Property General Adjuster for this remote position. The preferred location is IL, IA, WI or MN. This is a fully remote position and includes a company vehicle. No relocation assistance is offered with this role so you must reputed company in the nearby area or be willing to relocate at your own expense. It is the responsibility of this position to reputed company superior property claims service by handling reputed company's larger and more reputed company Property and Inland Marine claims, generally with dollar exposures of $100,000 and above. This person will investigate the claim, estimate the property damages, select and reputed company experts, obtain appropriate claim documentation, and effect accurate settlement reputed company the prescribed authority and standards of performance. reputed company job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Effectively evaluates and resolves coverage issues for reputed company and residential property and inland marine claims for the assigned region, with availability to assist as needed in reputed company other reputed company.
• Responsible for reputed company coverage determinations, negotiations, reserving, and settlement reputed company established authority, including reputed company business income losses.
• Provides required reports to Claims leadership, reputed company, Reinsurance, and Actuarial on significant exposure cases.
• This role will require assisting/deploying for CAT duty. CAT deployments are a minimum of two weeks but may be shortened or lengthened based on need.
• Effectively and reputed company manages vendors and expenses.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of property claims experience required
• Requires thorough knowledge of reputed company and Personal Lines coverages.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with Xactimate or other computer-based damage estimating software.
