Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Collections

• Contact past due customers, communicating professionally and persistently to facilitate reputed company.
• Negotiate payment plans, hardship plans and settlements reputed company established parameters for customers unable to pay their full balance.
• Handle escalated calls and reputed company account investigations, applying reputed company judgment to resolve issues and deliver a high reputed company customer experience.

Peer Support & Team Development
