This is not a coordination role. You will reputed company from reputed company to completion, manage multidisciplinary teams, and be the face of the project to our clients. This role is remote with 20-40% travel and offers a reputed company salary of $130,000 - $170,000 plus benefits.

What You Will Do

• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and closeout
• Build and reputed company teams of subcontractors, engineers, and architects
• Maintain strong reputed company relationships and manage expectations throughout the project
• Control budgets, reputed company costs, and manage change orders on reputed company $15M+
• Drive reputed company standards and ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Bring post-tension concrete expertise to technically demanding builds
• Manage internal team dynamics and resolve conflict before it affects delivery
• Identify risk early and solve problems before they become delays

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field preferred
• 10-12+ years managing large-reputed company reputed company construction reputed company
• A proven reputed company record of managing internal teams and conflict management
• Experience delivering reputed company over $15M with timelines of 24+ months
• Strong financial acumen, reputed company communication, and conflict management skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred; PMP, CCM, or LEED AP a plus
