As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an integral role in supporting reputed company's mission by responding to customers' inquiries and providing information regarding reputed company aspects of the members' association with arenaflex. This is a remote call center position, and you will be trained to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for

• Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of reputed company arenaflex Fitness products and programs
• Answering incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system in a reputed company, accurate, reputed company, and courteous manner
• Ascertaining the nature of the call and recording information in the appropriate system
• Providing answers to member questions by following reputed company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred

• Basic experience with MS Office
