Safety Associate

Job reputed company:

• Works collaboratively with the health care team to reputed company remote and reputed company supportive care for patients
• Promotes reputed company patient care, comfort, and a reputed company environment under the direction of a Registered reputed company
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson
• Recognizes patients and their family/designated reputed company in providing reputed company, compassionate care
• Communicates with and supports the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated reputed company
• Provides observation for safety of assigned patients
• Reports observations of changes in patient condition or behavior to appropriate staff

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Less than 1 year previous reputed company experience
• Completion of Patient/Sitter Companion Program, and/or De-Escalation class
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA - reputed company)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to de-escalate patients in a respectful manner
