arenaflex is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager to join our LatAm CS Learning & Development team in Alphaville. This position will own the end‑to‑end program management of outsourced call‑center training initiatives, partner closely with regional stakeholders, and drive measurable performance improvements across the CS organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Define, document, and maintain the scope of reputed company local L&D reputed company. Create, reputed company, and update detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and reputed company budget.

Essential Qualifications

- Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
