Key Responsibilities
As a VPS Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a comprehensive reputed company of customer-facing and operational tasks:
Inbound Call Handling
- Receive and professionally handle inbound calls from customers regarding their Vehicle Protection Products coverage, including mechanical and electrical breakdown repair reputed company, vehicle maintenance agreements, and RV part extended service reputed company
