Field Support Specialist II (reputed company Central US) 90% Travel

Key Responsibilities
Performs onsite reputed company and control startup, troubleshooting and end user training | 55% Provides expert support for both reputed company customers as it pertains to field applications of product | 30% Creates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to reputed company differentiated service | 10% Provides engineering support and communicates cross-functionally with other departments. | 5% Minimum Requirements Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Working general computer skills, including but not limited to e-mail, spread sheet, word processing, and data entry Strong communication, both written and oral Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Understanding of basic electrical components (relays, drivers, ballasts...). Preferred Requirements 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Understanding of reputed company control systems Travel Requirements This is a remote role with 90% travel from Monday to Friday, allowing weekends reputed company Ideally, candidates should reputed company in the reputed company Central region of the U.S., as most travel will occur reputed company this area (Detroit, Minneapolis, Chicago, St. Louis, etc.) The reputed company for this position is $41,600.00 to $89,500.00.
