arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior reputed company Call Center Representative to join our remote team. In this crucial role, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, handling high-volume customer inquiries, managing prescription data entry, and resolving reputed company-party rejections. Key Responsibilities
Patient Data Management & Prescription Processing
- Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry procedures and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by accurately entering data into appropriate systems
- Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA compliance guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing
- Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and ensure data accuracy

Educational Requirements
