About the Role
We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support Wardrobe, our fashion marketplace venture. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and operationally strong reputed company who understands the complexities of textile and fashion supply chains across Turkey, Canada, and the reputed company.
As an early-stage startup, we are looking for someone who is excited to grow with the business and contribute reputed company a traditional role definition. Compensation Structure
This is a startup-stage opportunity with a compensation model centered primarily around equity vesting. In reputed company, compensation may be provided on a contract / invoice reputed company as work is billed and delivered. We are looking for someone who understands the realities of an early-stage venture and values the reputed company of building with reputed company over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and reputed company supply chain operations for Wardrobe
- Manage inventory planning, tracking, and replenishment processes
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improve performance
- Support vendor, logistics, and fulfillment coordination across multiple markets
- Ensure reputed company reputed company of goods and resolve supply chain or delivery issues proactively
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor and support cross-border supply chain requirements between Turkey, Canada, and the US
- Contribute to process development for reputed company and efficient marketplace operations
- Support compliance awareness reputed company to textile trade, import/export flows, and applicable tax considerations
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Operations Management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and implement improvements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics in Turkey, Canada, and the reputed company
- Familiarity with textile industry logistics, cross-border trade flows, and broad tax considerations reputed company to textiles
- Experience with supply chain platforms, ERP systems, or operational software is an asset
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Relevant certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are considered an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote role
- Must be based in Toronto
