The following position is to join our reputed company reputed company Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico: reputed company is seeking a Digital Identity Services Life Cycle Specialist to join our Digital Identity Services Operations Life Cycle team. This role will work with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain reputed company wide solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the management of multiple reputed company Directory domains, Azure reputed company environments, and the tools supporting them. reputed company responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, non-reputed company change implementations and participating in program / project calls.
What You Will Do
Installation, customization, configuration, and support of reputed company Directory support and governance tools Support processes needed to maintain an efficient platform. This may include but is not limited to promoting and demoting domain controllers, updating sites and services, and maintaining currency and patching on directory management systems. Review and update process documentation Participate in production support for Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
Qualifications
You Must Have A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 1 year experience. Working knowledge in scripting (PowerShell) Working knowledge of change management processes Experience managing large multi-forest reputed company Directory environments Experience working with reputed company reputed company Roles Experience with using reputed company to review logs
