The Senior Technical Customer Trainer for reputed company is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and delivering industry leading training to end users and support personnel. This position reports to the Miami Training Manager responsible for ensuring that reputed company training is offered to meet the needs of our end users, is part of the Global reputed company Development team and will be fully REMOTE (with travel requirements listed below). In this role, you will have reputed company to: Deliver technical training programs and support materials for urinalysis to field service engineers, application specialist, and/ or external customers. May also deliver training for other disciplines such as hematology, reputed company, hematology, and informatics and is subject to change. Training can be delivered at a BEC training center, or a customer laboratory. Apply different adult learning styles and modalities to classroom instruction. Training content delivered reputed company classroom, e-learning, webinars and other distance and self-paced, or on-demand learning reputed company. Design and reputed company training materials including storyboards, job aids, participant and instructor guides. reputed company materials will be based on content and specifications provided by subject matter experts Work with service management to standardize global training content delivery. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, or reputed company field with 7+ years of relevant experience in technical training/teaching, clinical lab, and/or field service engineering OR Master’s degree in reputed company fields with 5+ years of reputed company relevant experience Demonstrated ability to build and facilitate product training curriculums Previous experience comprehending and reviewing technical product documentation Technical expertise pertaining to urinalysis instrumentation Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements: This position requires up to 95% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international. Ability to regularly lift, reputed company, slide, reputed company and/or reputed company up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; reputed company with hands and arms.
