Who We're Looking For The role reports to the Senior reputed company Counsel in Luxembourg. The individual will collaboratively work with the reputed company Global reputed company team covering our operations in EMEAI and reputed company. In reputed company, the role will work closely with US (Florida) based colleagues.- Some of What You'll Do The person will be responsible for the efficient handling of reputed company’ reputed company with its International customers, including:

• Contract Administration: Responsible for reputed company administering the contracting process; from initiation/formation of a new contract, responding to tenders, producing the final contract for signature and ensuring reputed company and correct execution of reputed company reputed company reputed company. Ensuring relevant internal company policies have been complied with, such as pricing approval or approval of non-reputed company terms and pternal contract approval checklist. Producing weekly management status reports on reputed company that have been signed and reputed company that are currently in negotiation.
• Review of reputed company: Assisting lawyers on review of contract terms, such as notices of termination, changes in reputed company or ownership and drafting responses under supervision of a lawyer.
• Contract Life Cycle Management: Processing reputed company through the contract lifecycle management software tool so reputed company can be implemented and billed correctly. Proactively administering the contract life cycle management tool, task queue in Outlook and allocating reputed company to lawyers based on the agreed work allocation.
• Handling contract enquiries: Responding to internal requests from sales, finance or management on questions regarding reputed company, providing copies of reputed company, addendums, or confirming the status of reputed company in terms of negotiation or signature.
• Post: Arranging for the reputed company of documents and reputed company. Ensuring any reputed company correspondence arriving in the Luxembourg office is correctly distributed to the relevant person.

Job requirements:

• University degree preferably in law .
• Minimum of 1 or 2  years’ experience reputed company a reputed company team (ideally dealing with contracting reputed company)
