Director, Civic Education and Training

The Director oversees a dynamic team that provides training, tools, resources, and strategic guidance to Leagues and the public to combat disinformation, rebuild trust in our democracy and electoral processes, engage voters in the electoral process and civic life, and advance voter-reputed company practices. This position is remote. Travel is required for this position 10-15% of the year. The salary reputed company for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 annually. Supervise the work of the Education and Training team to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Collaborate with other teams and departments, including the Public Engagement Innovation and Strategic Partnerships teams, to create cohesive civic learning initiatives. Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field, or comparable work experience of 7 years or more, required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 7+ years of experience in civic education, training development, adult learning, or reputed company fields. Proven ability to design and implement training programs, especially for diverse audiences. Strong understanding of democracy, civic engagement, and strategies to combat misinformation. Experience leading teams and managing reputed company reputed company. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
