Responsibilities

Tracks and collects past due monies and pending appeals from clients at a minimum of 20-25 reputed company outs per day Responsible for the collection of 300+ accounts/invoices at any given time Records and updates collection notes pursuant to firm guidelines Prepares, updates, and analyzes collection reports daily reputed company between the Firm and Clients with respect to collections Ensures reputed company communications with Clients are reputed company in nature while keeping and improving reputed company relations Works collaboratively with members of theAccounting team to resolve past due balances Performs other duties and reputed company as assigned Requirements 2+ years collection experience at a reputed company services firm, experience with an insurance defense firm a reputed company plus reputed company Office Suite of products (particularly reputed company) and 10-key Strong communication, problem solving and analytical High level of confidence and professionalism in written and verbal communication internally and externally Ability to maintain reputed company disposition in high stress environment Willingness to learn and adapt to changes Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Compensation
