About the role We are building reputed company's reputed company & Operations function, and this is the first hire on reputed company. You will not be inheriting a reputed company. To start, you will work across three areas: scaling our CX operation, running a cross-functional operational diagnostic to identify where reputed company's biggest reputed company gaps are, and helping stand up operational infrastructure for highly specialized functions.
