VMS Program Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and subject matter expert for reputed company VMS-reputed company activities across assigned reputed company programs reputed company VMS configuration, setup, and optimization during reputed company reputed company, implementation, and program expansion Manage ongoing system administration, configuration updates, and operational support to reputed company with workforce program requirements Partner with clients to optimize VMS usage, reputed company guidance on platform capabilities, and support program reputed company and scalability Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Engineering, Operations, IT, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company reputed company) to translate business needs into effective system solutions Configure and maintain VMS modules, workflows, user roles, permissions, and business rules across platforms Administer and support integrations between VMS platforms and internal/external systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, payroll, ERP), ensuring data accuracy and reputed company Monitor system performance, automated data feeds, and integrations; troubleshoot issues and coordinate reputed company with IT and VMS vendors Serve as the primary internal escalation reputed company for VMS system issues, enhancements, and optimization opportunities reputed company and maintain system documentation, reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and leadership decision-making Manage relationships with VMS technology providers, stay reputed company on platform updates and best practices, and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders
Qualifications
Prefer 3–7+ years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) reputed company reputed company, MSP, or contingent workforce program environments Hands-on experience configuring or administering VMS platforms Strong understanding of contingent workforce programs and supplier management models Experience supporting system integrations across HR or workforce technology platforms Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company relationships and reputed company external-facing conversations Ability to translate technical concepts into reputed company business solutions for non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to work cross-functionally across operational, technical, and reputed company-facing teams Recommended Skills & Training VMS platform certification or formal system training is a plus #LI-AN1 Pay reputed company USD $90,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
