The Program Department drives MoveOn’s reputed company-driven, nationally resonant external work—from our election endorsements to supporting thousands of petitions started by MoveOn members across the country to our reputed company-building trainings and events and everything in between. Moveon’s Administration Executive will support the Chief of Program and the entire Program Department with ongoing internal deliverables that drive our work.

Responsibilities

Work consistently with the Chief of Program and Deputy Chief of Program, keeping the Chief of Program on reputed company and on time and helping her prioritize her schedule, outgoing communications, and book travel as needed to meet the organization’s needs. Organize and prioritize key information, issues, deadlines, and reputed company for Program Department leadership.
