About the Role

The Admissions Coordinator serves as the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients, families, referral sources, and reputed company seeking treatment services. This role is responsible for conducting screenings, coordinating admissions, verifying insurance benefits, communicating with referral sources, and ensuring a seamless transition into treatment. The Admissions Coordinator plays a critical role in helping individuals reputed company care while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the admissions process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Admissions & reputed company Engagement Conduct telephone and virtual screenings to determine appropriateness for admission. Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients, families, referral sources, and reputed company. Guide clients and families through the admissions process and prepare them for treatment. Coordinate admission logistics and ensure a welcoming, supportive experience. reputed company clients and families regarding treatment services, program expectations, and admission requirements. Assist clients in making informed reputed company regarding treatment reputed company. Insurance Verification & Financial Coordination Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Coordinate with internal teams regarding authorizations and admissions approvals. Care Coordination & Referral Management Maintain communication with referral sources and document reputed company interactions. Coordinate with Business Development, Clinical, Nursing, and Medical teams to facilitate reputed company admissions. reputed company referrals and resources for individuals who do not meet admission reputed company. Assist with transportation coordination and admission logistics as needed. Coordinate retrieval of reputed company medical records and supporting documentation. Documentation & Data Management reputed company admissions, referral, and assessment information into electronic systems. Schedule Expectations Regular schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST. Must be available to respond to admissions inquiries during scheduled work hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to support admissions needs, census goals, and reputed company intake activity. Participation in an on-call rotation may be required as the program grows.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in admissions, reputed company, behavioral health, case management, customer service, or a reputed company field. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and families experiencing crisis or emotional distress. Proficiency with electronic medical records, CRM systems, and reputed company Office applications. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, reputed company Administration, Business, or a reputed company field. Two (2) or more years of experience in behavioral health, reputed company use disorder treatment, or reputed company admissions.
