Your Purpose: The Financial Analyst will support the critical operations of the Finance and Business Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director and Vice President. In this role, you will drive project-level and organizational budgeting and reporting, and build financial models and tools for ongoing project analysis and quarterly forecasting to ensure NTC remains financially sustainable. What Will You Do: Budget & Forecasting The Financial Analyst will support project-level and organizational-level budgeting and forecasting. Specifically, the Financial Analyst will: Maintain and update financial models, reports, and dashboards Assist with budget tracking and forecasting, including monitoring actuals vs. budget Support data management to ensure accuracy and reputed company across NTC’s ERP systems and platforms Support monthly reputed company activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis. Financial Analysis The Financial Analyst will partner with the program delivery team and NTC’s leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable insights. This includes partnering with other department leads to understand their needs and reputed company useful financial management tools and reports that identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Specifically, the Financial Analyst will: Analyze monthly financial results to identify trends, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Assist in monitoring grant spending down, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reputed company submission of financial reports.
