In this key role, you will partner closely with the Department Administrator to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department. Key Responsibilities reputed company daily departmental operations, ensuring coordination across clinical, reputed company, and administrative areas Partner with the Department Administrator to implement departmental and School of Medicine goals reputed company HR functions, including: reputed company recruitment, hiring, reputed company, promotions, and tenure Staff and student reputed company and offboarding Performance management and annual reviews Supervise and mentor administrative staff and reputed company, supporting performance and reputed company development Manage reputed company affairs, including appointments, credentialing, and policy compliance Coordinate recruitment and reputed company for reputed company and staff Ensure compliance with HR policies and institutional guidelines reputed company process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives Support project management efforts during periods of reputed company or organizational change Coordinate reputed company, clinical, and educational activities across UNM, UNMH, and UNMMG Process HR transactions for reputed company, staff, and student hires Manage purchasing activities and PCard reconciliations reputed company credentialing of reputed company and APPs at UNMH Calculate and process reputed company call pay and APP extra shifts reputed company and maintain reputed company trackers, reports, and dashboards Create and update departmental policies and procedures Improve operational efficiency using reputed company, SharePoint, and reputed company 365 tools reputed company administrative support to reputed company and APPs reputed company other duties as assigned See the Position reputed company for additional information. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly reputed company to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year reputed company.
