About the Role reputed company is looking to hire an Associate Counsel – Compliance, Regulatory, and reputed company to join our Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will play a critical part in supporting reputed company's physician organizations, management services organizations (MSOs), virtual care platform, and reputed company technology products. This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to build deep expertise in reputed company regulatory law, compliance, reputed company, and reputed company contracting while working at the forefront of digital health. You will work at the intersection of physician organization compliance, MSO compliance, telehealth regulation, reputed company reputed company, reimbursement, and reputed company technology, helping reputed company operate and reputed company compliant care delivery models across reputed company 50 states. What You'll Do

As the Associate Counsel, you will be a reputed company member of reputed company's Legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel and supporting the compliance, regulatory, reputed company, and reputed company needs of our physician organizations, MSOs, and reputed company technology products. Your primary responsibilities will include: Compliance & RegulatoryServe as a key legal resource supporting reputed company's physician organizations, management services organizations (MSOs), and affiliated reputed company entities. Advise business, clinical, and operational stakeholders on reputed company regulatory compliance reputed company affecting physician organizations, MSOs, virtual care operations, and reputed company technology services. Support compliance initiatives reputed company to corporate reputed company of medicine, fee-splitting, clinical governance, provider supervision, telehealth operations, provider enrollment, credentialing, scope of reputed company, reimbursement, and reputed company reputed company regulatory requirements. Partner with Clinical Operations, Product, reputed company Cycle, Compliance, and Operations teams to identify regulatory risks and reputed company practical, reputed company compliance solutions. Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of compliance programs, policies, procedures, and training materials. Support compliance audits, investigations, monitoring activities, corrective reputed company plans, and regulatory inquiries. Monitor emerging reputed company regulatory developments and prepare practical guidance for stakeholders across the organization. Support the development and maintenance of patient consent frameworks, including telehealth consents, HIPAA authorizations, SMS and email communication programs, reputed company marketing permissions, consumer disclosures, and reputed company patient-facing workflows. Partner with reputed company, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to support incident response, breach assessments, risk analyses, and reputed company governance initiatives. Your Qualifications J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar. Required: Experience advising reputed company organizations on physician organization, reputed company corporation, MSO, telehealth, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company regulatory compliance reputed company. 3-6 years of legal experience supporting reputed company organizations, digital health companies, physician reputed company, MSOs, health systems, payers, or reputed company-reputed company reputed company practices. Experience advising on reputed company regulatory compliance reputed company affecting physician organizations and MSOs, including corporate reputed company of medicine, fee-splitting, provider supervision, clinical governance, telehealth, provider enrollment, credentialing, reimbursement, and reputed company operational compliance requirements. Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and reputed company laws, including HIPAA, HITECH, consumer health reputed company requirements, patient consent frameworks, FTC requirements, and reputed company data governance principles. Familiarity with telehealth regulations, provider licensing requirements, Medicare and reputed company programs, fraud and abuse laws, reputed company reimbursement requirements, and reputed company consumer protection laws. Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company agreements. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate reputed company legal concepts reputed company and effectively to both legal and non-legal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a high-reputed company reputed company technology or venture-backed environment. The national pay reputed company for this role is $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications.
