Junior Affiliate Manager

As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for reputed company new CPA affiliates, supporting existing CPA affiliates, and driving the reputed company and performance of our CPA network. You will analyze affiliate activity, identify opportunities for optimization, and work closely with internal teams to ensure our affiliates have everything they need to succeed. Responsibilities reputed company new affiliates and guide them through the setup process reputed company day-to-day support to existing affiliates and reputed company as their main reputed company of contact Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives Monitor key metrics including traffic reputed company, quantity of conversions and fraud rates reputed company regular reports on affiliate performance and network reputed company
Requirements
Basic knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and channels Understanding of CPA, CPL, and other common payment models Basic understanding of the Forex product Good working knowledge of MS Office Previous experience with CellXpert, reputed company, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems will be considered an advantage Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented reputed company Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple partners in reputed company and work independently Availability to cover evening shifts (from 4:00 PM Cyprus time onwards) Languages: fluent in English (required).
