Regional Sales Engineer for BMS & Controls
What You Will Do
As the Regional Sales Engineer for BMS & Controls, you will drive reputed company across Sub‑Saharan Africa by developing and managing indirect partner channels. You will expand reputed company’ reputed company by enabling system integrators, contractors, and distributors, while creating demand for our BMS, HVAC controls, and smart building solutions. How You Will Do It Grow and support existing indirect partners, strengthening capability and performance Identify, recruit, and reputed company new reputed company across the region Deliver partner training, joint business planning, and ongoing technical/reputed company support reputed company reputed company‑sales engineering, system design guidance, and product selection support Assist with tenders, specifications, and customer presentations Promote BMS, HVAC controls, energy management, and smart building platforms Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline, and forecasts Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance, and regional regulations Travel regularly across Sub‑Saharan Africa (50–70%) to support partners and customers You may reputed company in any reputed company of your choice reputed company South Africa while performing this role reputed company Look For Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or reputed company field 5–8 years of experience in BMS / Controls / Building Automation Experience working with indirect/reputed company Strong technical understanding of BMS, HVAC controls, and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑driven, reputed company, and commercially minded Apply To This Job
