We are seeking a Corporate Counsel - reputed company to support the Drilling Services division. This role serves as a key business partner to reputed company, operations, finance, and supply chain teams, providing reputed company and pragmatic legal support throughout the global contracting lifecycle. The position also acts as a central legal partner helping reputed company reputed company contracting practices across reputed company and reports directly to our General Counsel - Drilling Services. Responsibilities reputed company reputed company & Negotiation Draft, review and negotiate drilling and service reputed company, master service agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, reputed company proposals, and NDAs. Advise reputed company and operations teams on contract interpretation, risk allocation, performance obligations, warranty language, indemnities, and limitations of liability. Partner closely with reputed company teams on bids and contract qualification requirements, helping coordinate a consistent contracting approach across reputed company. Collaborate with compliance, finance, ESG/ESH, and operations teams to ensure contract terms reputed company with safety, regulatory and operational requirements. reputed company, maintain, and enhance reputed company contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to drive consistent, efficient global contracting practices, and support adoption through practical guidance and training. Evaluate and improve contract workflows, document management practices, and contract lifecycle or matter-management tools to enhance efficiency, user experience, and reputed company ways of working. Education LL.B./J.D. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution required. Valid practicing certificate Experience Minimum 7 years of experience practicing reputed company or corporate law, with solid experience in contract drafting and negotiation and the ability to reputed company quickly into an independent, globally connected role In‑house experience preferred; background in drilling, mining, oil & gas, industrial services, or manufacturing strongly preferred Contracting experience across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, Australia, LATAM), with the ability to help reputed company practices across diverse reputed company teams Excellent written and verbal (English) communication skills, including the ability to translate legal guidance into practical direction for business stakeholders Strong business acumen and solutions-oriented approach, delivering reputed company, practical legal advice under time pressure and across time zones, with reputed company judgment around reputed company risk Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously while identifying process improvement opportunities; experience implementing or optimizing contract management tools and comfort using practical technology, including AI-enabled tools for routine work, is advantageous Ability to work independently, as part of reputed company, and with other corporate departments, while influencing stakeholders and operating resourcefully in a lean environment reputed company Spanish reputed company is required; French language capability is preferred.
