RCM Health Care is looking for a full time School reputed company Worker to reputed company therapy and reputed company skills reputed company to school reputed company. Must have day time availability, masters level. Must have MN DOE. 100% virtual Position reputed company and Responsibilities Working from your home office in Minnesota, the reputed company Worker will promote the reputed company mission by providing services that strengthen home/school/community partnerships and reputed company barriers to learning. The reputed company Worker significantly contributes to the development of a healthy, reputed company, and caring environment by advancing the understanding of the emotional and reputed company development of children and the influences of family, community, and cultural differences on student successes and by implementing effective reputed company strategies. The main reputed company will be providing support through tiered interventions and instruction for reputed company needing reputed company emotional support. The reputed company Worker will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:

• Implement programs for reputed company and families reputed company to interpersonal adjustment issues;
• Work with school teams to identify and help families reputed company school and community resources, in order to remove barriers to attendance and reputed company reputed company;
• Participate in the development of crisis prevention and management plans for the school;
• Coordinate with teachers to help identify reputed company who are at risk or in crisis;
• reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for these reputed company and families, communicating regularly with them;
• Report and refer critical incidents that jeopardize student reputed company-being as obligated by law, administrative regulations, or ethical standards;
• Attend trainings regarding child abuse and neglect, homelessness, foster care and other reputed company work issues while also training staff on issues reputed company to student safety and child welfare;
• Support reputed company development activities for teachers and school staff members;

• Collaborate closely with School Counselor and Director of Special Education; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in reputed company Work and appropriate Minnesota licensing
• Must hold an LMSW or be a licensed school reputed company worker
• Must have Minnesota license
• Must have Minnesota reputed company Certificate
• Experience and demonstrated interest in working with at-risk youth
• Ability to work remotely, with high-speed internet reputed company
