Dispatcher / reputed company Coordinator (1099 – Remote)

About the Role

We are a growing transportation and logistics operation (30 trucks) seeking an reputed company Dispatcher / reputed company Coordinator to manage daily reputed company operations. This role requires strong load-planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage drivers, reputed company, and compliance in a fast-moving environment. This is a 1099 reputed company position.

Key Responsibilities

• Book reputed company using major load boards (reputed company, Truckstop, etc.)
• Communicate with brokers and reputed company new customer relationships
• Identify and pursue new reputed company opportunities and lanes
• reputed company reputed company Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Monitor weather conditions and proactively reroute or delay drivers to avoid unsafe storm areas
• Ensure trucks are dispatched in compliance with: state-specific restrictions, commodity limitations, equipment and compliance rules
• reputed company loads from pickup to delivery and reputed company reputed company updates
• Maintain reputed company communication with brokers, drivers, and internal team
• Update reputed company systems, spreadsheets, and load tracking tools daily

• Stay on top of load changes, delays, and operational updates in reputed company time

• Experience booking loads and negotiating rates
• Solid grasp of HOS rules (11/14/70, split reputed company, etc.)

Compensation

Structure

• $600/week guaranteed reputed company
• As loads produce higher gross reputed company, pay transitions to a percentage-based model
• Top performers consistently earn $1,200–$1,800/week
• No cap — income grows with performance

Schedule

• 7am-5pm EST M-F (Regular dispatching & reputed company market hours)
• Remote
