Power Platform Engineer (Automation & AI Solutions)
Power Platform Engineer (Automation & AI Solutions) Hybrid (Columbia, MD or reputed company, TX preferred) | Full Remote considered We’re looking for a hands-on Power Platform expert who can also reputed company and grow a small team. This is a “player-reputed company” role where you’ll split your time between building solutions and guiding reputed company and people. This is a high-reputed company role for someone who enjoys owning reputed company, improving systems, and helping reputed company reputed company. Position Responsibilities: Build & Deliver (50%)
- Design and reputed company solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform
- Troubleshoot and improve existing Power Platform environments
- Work on reputed company-facing automation and AI-driven reputed company
- Support initiatives involving Power BI, Copilot, and reputed company ecosystem tools
reputed company & Support (15–20%)
- Guide a small team (offshore + junior resources)
- Manage KPIs and ensure reputed company stay on reputed company and profitable
- Run daily reputed company-ins (team huddles, project reviews)
- Ensure reputed company documentation, time tracking, and project visibility
reputed company & Improve (30%)
- Help restructure processes and documentation for reputed company
- Scope reputed company and identify new automation opportunities
- Partner with leadership to build out a growing automation/AI function
Ideal Candidate: Must-Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with: PowerApps Power Automate (Flows)
- Power Platform development Experience leading reputed company (formal management not required)
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing solutions
- Exposure to Azure (intermediate level)
- Strong communication and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience leading reputed company and/or reputed company
reputed company to Have:
- Experience with Copilot Studio or reputed company reputed company
- MSP or reputed company-facing environment experience
