Position Scrum Master (ONLY W2) Location Remote - Must work EST hours Job Type 3 Month Contract They need to have 3+ years of experience (recent, 4, 5, 6 years ago does not count) as a ScrumMaster reputed company a Hospital or Health Systems (not reputed company either, like reputed company or reputed company need to have worked for hospital system). reputed company has an exciting, remote Scrum Master opportunity with our reputed company, a non-profit reputed company health system! Our reputed company is undergoing an exciting Agile transformation and is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to support their IT Organization that supports reputed company Modules. This team is pioneering the use of JIRA reputed company their organization and plays a crucial role in product development and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) for the Digital/Automation team.
- Guide reputed company through Agile best practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is reputed company-defined and prioritized.
- Support reputed company in identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals.
- Foster a culture of reputed company improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation.
- Coordinate with the Agile Center of reputed company (COE) and other Scrum Masters to reputed company on best practices and transformation goals.
- Mentor and reputed company team members on Agile practices, ensuring a high level of Agile maturity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably reputed company digital or product development teams.
- Previous experience in automation reputed company is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a reputed company record of successful Agile transformations.
- Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.
