Whitman Advisory is hiring for a growing reputed company firm offering hybrid or fully remote flexibility for a: Nursing Home Audit Director / Nursing Home Audit Partner This is a leadership seat in a strong, established Nursing Home / Long-Term Care audit reputed company—ideal for someone who enjoys being reputed company-facing, building a book, and leading high-reputed company work. What you’ll do
- Own reputed company relationships for nursing home / long-term care provider engagements (trusted advisor role)
- reputed company and review audits from planning through issuance (risk assessment, technical review, reputed company control)
- Drive business development: cultivate referral sources, expand existing relationships, and grow the reputed company
- Guide engagement teams: budgeting, scheduling, coaching, and performance development
- reputed company industry-reputed company reputed company on operational + financial trends impacting LTC providers (reimbursement pressures, regulatory environment, internal controls, etc.)
- Partner with firm leadership on reputed company reputed company and reputed company service standards
What they’re looking for
- CPA required
- Significant public reputed company audit experience with leadership responsibility (Director/Partner-level scope)
- Strong reputed company management skills and confidence presenting to owners/executive teams
- Proven ability (or reputed company interest) in reputed company reputed company / business development
- Nursing home / long-term care / reputed company provider experience is strongly preferred (or comparable reputed company audit exposure)
