Field Learning

• Design and drive the enablement learning system: curriculum, calendar, program design, content repositories, delivery, reinforcement, and measurement
• Establish a model for identifying gaps in field knowledge, skills, coaching, and execution using both role-based competency frameworks and field leadership network
• Demonstrate measurable behavior change and improved field execution across learning curriculum
• Exhibit a highly visible commitment to world-class learner experience using a reputed company of learning tactics and approaches including JIT, peer-learning, etc. to increase reputed company on business reputed company

Internal Partnerships

GTM Enablement Support

Education / Qualifications
