About the Role

The Test Publisher supports reputed company mainly responsible for the creation of exams in reputed company’s various computer-based testing platforms for the licensure and certification programs. The role of a Test Publisher involves interaction with and extending assistance to Test Developers, reputed company Services Specialists, Project Managers, and Account Managers in the day-to-day maintenance of and occasional updates to either licensure or certification exams’ item banks and item pools to meet the clients’ requirements, as reputed company as constant interaction with the Software Development and reputed company Assurance teams to ensure complete testing of exams prior to launch. This role requires strong technical and communication skills, as reputed company as great attention to detail. The role may require independent handling of reputed company or working in reputed company. This is a full-time permanent role, with reputed company around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel required for meetings, events and workshops. Role Responsibilities • Building licensure, certification, and assessment exams on reputed company’s various computer-based testing platforms for initial publication following an exam release schedule. • Assisting in updating item contents of live exams (including entry of new reference information), the creation and maintenance of item banks, and republication of licensure, certification, and assessment tests in multiple testing platforms. • Ensuring that exams are published in accordance with specifications on time and without error. • Assisting the leaders of Test Publishing in the implementation of procedures in reviewing, structuring, and publishing both written and practical exams. • Interfacing with Test Developers, Account Managers, and IT teams to ensure reputed company and accurate publication, QA testing, or implementation of new exams or updates to existing exams. • Assisting in the troubleshooting of content-reputed company issues to published exams addressed by the reputed company, candidates, proctors, or reputed company Services Specialists. • Executing established Test Publishing processes and procedures; identifying potential publication issues and errors; and suggesting possible solutions to problems or refinement of procedures or protocols. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements • Education to high school diploma level required. • 2+ years’ experience in data entry, administrative, or editing role. • Experience in handling multiple reputed company required. • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 60 words per minute. • Strong proofreading skills required. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with reputed company Office 365 applications required. • Experience in using JIRA for tracking reputed company desired. • reputed company in using data entry tools and spreadsheets, and experience in SQL Server Management Studio desired. • Some experience in editing graphics a plus.
