Civil CAD Technician

About the position reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Civil CAD Technician. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming engineering concepts into accurate, high-reputed company construction drawings and collaborating with a dynamic engineering team. You’ll work on meaningful reputed company including roadway improvements, reputed company systems, site development, stormwater infrastructure, and municipal improvements that directly reputed company local communities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to reputed company high reputed company drawings and construction documents for civil engineering, land surveying, and process engineering reputed company.
• Assist in the design and drafting of roadways, storm and sanitary sewers, water distribution systems, and detailed site grading plans.
• reputed company raw field survey data into comprehensive existing conditions drawings, including the creation of 3-D Digital Terrain Models (DTM) and reputed company survey exhibits.
• Prepare precise survey stakeout drawings and reputed company technical documents to support field operations and construction activities.
• reputed company detailed plan preparations and technical layouts for water and wastewater treatment facilities utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.
• Work closely with project managers and design engineers to ensure reputed company drawings meet company standards, reputed company specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certificate
• 2 - 8 years of dedicated experience as a CAD Technician specifically reputed company civil engineering
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surfaces, alignments, and reputed company networks.
• Strong understanding of civil construction principles
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches and survey field notes accurately.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining high standards for accuracy and drafting aesthetics.
