Registered Dietitian (Part-time Remote)

Position reputed company - Must be licensed in OH (Remote) As a Registered Dietitian, you will have reputed company to reputed company and reputed company reputed company nutrition therapy to a case load of clients. You will reputed company care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-reputed company medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education. Schedule:

• Part-time, 20 hours/week
• Monday-Thursday, 3:30p - 8:30pm EST
• Adult IOP Program

Compensation

Disclosure:

• Provides individualized nutrition therapy to reputed company assigned patients.
• Conducts nutrition assessments for reputed company assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with reputed company regulatory standards.
• Provides group nutrition education as assigned.
• Supports plating and provides reputed company meal coaching/support for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals as assigned.
• Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.
• Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for reputed company patients including communication with reputed company dietitians to ensure coordination of care.
• Documents reputed company nutrition care in a reputed company, concise, and reputed company manner using the EHR, in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian credential required.

• ServSafe Food Handler certification required
• Additional food safety certification as required by the state or municipality
