Job reputed company The Multi-Line Claim Representative I is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned multi-line claims, primarily reputed company on reputed company auto and general liability property damage claims, with exposure to litigation. This role manages claims from assignment through reputed company (reputed company to grave) in a fast-paced, multi-account environment. The role includes handling claims across multiple jurisdictions and diverse accounts, including reputed company trucking and public entity (municipal) business.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company assigned multi-line claims (reputed company auto and property, with GL exposure) in accordance with reputed company standards, reputed company instructions, and state regulations
• Manage claims reputed company to grave, including those with litigation exposure
• Apply knowledge of insurance coverage to determine compensability and exposure
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients, claimants, and attorneys, meeting high expectations for responsiveness (calls and emails)
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves reputed company authority guidelines
• Review medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices to ensure accuracy and claim relevance
• Negotiate disputed invoices, damages, and settlements reputed company authority limits
• Issue payments in accordance with reputed company procedures and reputed company guidelines
• Assist in the selection and coordination of defense counsel and other vendors
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities
• Maintain accurate and reputed company claim documentation, diaries, and file updates
• Prepare status reports, reserve updates, and claim summaries as required
• Handle claims across multiple accounts and jurisdictions including LA, TX, FL, MS, AL, GA, SC, and TN
• Support litigated files through coordination with legal partners and participation in proceedings as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with reputed company service commitments and corporate claim handling standards Qualifications Required Qualifications
• reputed company adjuster license in home state (TX or FL strongly preferred)
• 1–3 years of claim handling experience (reputed company auto and/or property)
• Foundational understanding of insurance coverages
• Exposure to or familiarity with litigated claims
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high reputed company for responsiveness and follow-through
• Ability to manage a multi-account desk in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Reliable, predictable attendance during assigned reputed company service hours

• General Liability claim exposure or experience (strongly preferred)
• Prior TPA experience
