Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management. Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS programs and policies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills. Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and EHS management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and influence others. Must be highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting. Experience in overseeing sanitation standards in various facilities is a significant advantage. Ability to travel occasionally to company sites for inspections or training as needed. This role supports our national operations, requiring a broad understanding of facility management and safety concerns, particularly relevant to locations like St. Louis, Missouri .
