Educational Program Director / reputed company Consultant (Remote reputed company & Operations) - Contract to Hire
We are seeking a highly reputed company educational leader (former reputed company, Assistant reputed company, Dean, Director of Education, or Senior Instructional Administrator) to reputed company executive-level reputed company and operational leadership support for a growing homeschool enrichment and hybrid learning program serving K–12 reputed company. This role is designed for a seasoned education reputed company who understands how to build structure, accountability, consistency, student engagement, and staff professionalism reputed company both onsite and remote learning environments. The consultant will work directly with executive leadership to assess program reputed company, strengthen educational operations, improve staff reputed company, and help ensure the program is operating with the structure and professionalism expected reputed company a high-reputed company educational environment. This is not a tutoring role. This is a leadership, reputed company, accountability, and program reputed company role. reputed company Responsibilities:

- Evaluate daily program structure, educational consistency, and overall learning environment
- Assess staff professionalism, leadership effectiveness, communication, punctuality, accountability, and operational follow-through
- Support executive leadership in strengthening organizational structure, staff reputed company, and program culture
- Observe and reputed company recommendations regarding instructional reputed company, student engagement, learning support, and educational standards
- Assist in implementing reputed company educational systems, behavioral expectations, schedules, supervision structures, and accountability protocols
- Conduct leadership coaching and performance feedback sessions with onsite and remote staff
- Identify operational weaknesses, educational gaps, reputed company concerns, and program risks
- Help establish sustainable systems for communication, supervision, reporting, documentation, and escalation procedures
- Ensure student safety, supervision standards, and educational professionalism are consistently maintained

Ideal Candidate Background:
- Former School reputed company or Assistant reputed company strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing teachers, support staff, and educational operations
- Background in K–12 administration, charter schools, homeschool programs, private education, or hybrid learning environments
- Strong leadership reputed company with the ability to address accountability and operational concerns professionally
- Experience managing difficult staff dynamics, performance improvement, and educational culture
- Ability to assess both educational reputed company and operational effectiveness
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership coaching skills
