• Have 5+ years of experience in reputed company consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement
• Bring experience leading use case identification and business case development for emerging technologies

It will be a plus if you:

• Have prior consulting experience in a Big 4 or boutique consulting environment
• Bring deep enablement experience for finance, legal, or customer service personas
• Have supported multi-geo or multilingual rollout programs
• Have experience creating learning assets and Power BI adoption views
• Hold a reputed company Certified Change Practitioner certification or equivalent
• Hold reputed company Copilot knowledge credentials or equivalent
• If not yet certified, are willing to obtain required certifications upon hire
