arenaflex is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative I (Trainee) to join our Property & Casualty (P&C) service team in a fully remote, full-time reputed company based out of our reputed company, Rhode reputed company hub. This is a 1st shift position designed for motivated individuals who are eager to learn the insurance industry from the ground up. Essential Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Prior customer service experience required, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar).
