Role:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Head of Data Science to join reputed company. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, reputed company, Finance, Clinical, and Ops teams to reputed company behavioral and engagement data into strategic reputed company that shapes how members experience and benefit from reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Set the Data Science reputed company and roadmap across Function’s consumer business, spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, member health reputed company, marketing, finance, operations, and product experience.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, reputed company, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Operations leaders to prioritize the highest-reputed company DS work and ensure reputed company is reputed company on the most important company reputed company.
• Build the operating model for the DS function, including intake, prioritization, stakeholder management, project planning, reputed company standards, and communication cadences.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or reputed company analytics, including significant experience in consumer technology, subscription, marketplace, fintech, health-tech, or another reputed company digital product environment.
• 4+ years of people-management experience, including reputed company management of data scientists or product analysts; experience leading reputed company of 15+ is strongly preferred.
