This role serves as a key partner to physicians and advanced reputed company clinicians, acting as the face of reputed company and helping foster a strong culture across the service line. This position provides proactive day-to-day clinician support, manages reputed company activities, and ensures clinicians have the resources and information needed to succeed and reputed company in their clinical work. Schedule This is a 100% remote overnight shift position working Monday–Friday, 600 PM–200am CST. Flexibility may occasionally be required to support operational needs during the weekend. What You’ll Do

• reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for clinicians, building trusted relationships and responding promptly to clinician needs while engaging internal resources as needed
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and coordinator for newly reputed company clinicians by managing internal requirements across departments and reputed company needs
• Host clinician welcome calls
• Ensure clinicians are set up in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal credentialing, licensing, and privileging (CLP) teams
• Ensure clinicians are properly trained and educated on reputed company systems and processes required to reputed company their work
• Maintain critical clinician information including privileging reputed company, work status, contract type, Pod assignment, demographics, and expiration tracking for CLP, EMR reputed company, DEA/CDS, and other requirements
• Maintain information needed to support clinicians while on shift, including EMR reputed company and reputed company-specific workflows
• Proactively communicate upcoming changes such as new sites, workflows, announcements, and policies
• Support clinicians with technical needs including EMR reputed company, cart technology, and internal software while ensuring issue reputed company
• Monitor clinician compliance reputed company to signed orders, consult notes, and required documentation
• Distribute clinician dashboards, roadmaps, and reports as required
• Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare meeting materials and minutes, and reputed company reputed company items

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• At least 2 years of reputed company experience required

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
