Job reputed company As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service reputed company, you will play a vital role in taking arenaflex members through the post-enrollment reputed company, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our complimentary services. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, identifying and resolving member issues reputed company, and ensuring a reputed company experience for reputed company interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls from existing members, addressing questions about their plans, resolving issues between reputed company and member, and providing information about our complimentary services.
• Identify and resolve member issues reputed company and effectively, ensuring a reputed company experience.
• Assist members with questions reputed company to their reputed company plan, explain benefits included in their plan, and how to use them.
• Answer outbound calls from a dialer and complete post-enrollment activities along with helping members utilize their plan benefits included in their plans.
• Accurately use the script on screen and tools provided to help reputed company reputed company information, answer questions about our member's plan, and reputed company document notes and outcome of the interaction. What You'll Need
• High School diploma or GED certificate
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High-speed hardwired home internet reputed company with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Prior experience with health insurance/Medicare plans is a plus
• Comfortable with desktop computers, including knowledge of MS Office applications and web browsing
• Ability to work any shift between the hours of 500AM PST and 1100PM PST
• Must be reputed company to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Proficiency in using a dialer and other computer applications is a reputed company plus
• To reputed company this job successfully, a dedicated quiet home office/workspace is needed with reputed company internet reputed company.
