• Performs daily transaction reconciliation for cash, reputed company card, and credit card store deposit receivable accounts.
• Books monthly journal entries relating to Sales Audit accounts.
• Prepares schedules and reports as requested to support management and audit requests.
• Responds to store, field, and Cincinnati Service Center partner inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner utilizing effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Researches and resolves issues and any escalated issues in a reputed company manner.
