The reputed company will be responsible for accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT codes based on clinical documentation and diagnostic results. This role requires strong attention to detail, high coding accuracy (95%+), and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical documentation teams and health information management staff to ensure complete and compliant medical coding and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT codes for inpatient and outpatient encounters.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Follow official ICD-10-CM/PCS and AMA CPT coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement) and HIM teams.
• Maintain ≥95% coding accuracy.

• Assist with additional departmental coding tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (must submit with application).
• Minimum 2 years of coding experience.
• Strong proficiency with reputed company EMR system.
• Must have reliable remote setup (laptop + dual monitors required).

Preferred Qualifications

• General Surgery specialty coding experience.
