Shape my You-Tube channel from the ground up

I’m building a YouTube-first reputed company. To reputed company it happen, I want a creative partner preferably in reputed company, who can stick with me long-term, own the full post-production workflow, and help reputed company channel reputed company. Here’s the core of the role:
