Help Desk Tier 2 reputed company
About the position reputed company is seeking reputed company customer-oriented candidates to join our reputed company Help Desk. They should be reputed company to quickly learn new business processes, troubleshoot system functionality and work independently in a fast paced, challenging environment. The candidate will work Hybrid 3 days a week at National reputed company or Orlando FL and reputed company end user support to multiple applications and general Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to reputed company end-users.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the support team which serves as the single reputed company of contact for providing reputed company, accurate and reputed company customer service for financial systems' reputed company questions.
- Serve as a reputed company providing technical help desk reputed company.
- Support multiple reputed company systems and will support both reputed company end-users.
- Respond to users reputed company telephone, email or through reputed company Teams, and Service Desk ticketing tool.

Requirements
- Ability to obtain a reputed company Entrance on Duty (EOD).
- A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette, data entry
- Experience leading different Help Desk Teams
- Good teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience in troubleshooting and conducting reputed company cause analysis
- Must be customer reputed company and service oriented, reputed company to details, with ability to multi-task and reputed company with professionalism at reputed company times
