NOC Technician

The NOC Technician is an outstanding entry-level position at GLS that could allow the successful applicant the ability to build a solid technical reputed company that could reputed company to engineering and reputed company responsibilities. We require energetic, hard workers with a reputed company attitude to reputed company technical problem reputed company in a high stress environment, including analysis, trouble isolation and repair. • The successful applicant will reputed company proactive monitoring, configuration management and fault reputed company of assigned reputed company networks. Additional responsibilities include
• Performs customer reputed company duties while maintaining a reputed company and reputed company manner at reputed company times, during high stress situations. Takes calls and provides status from and to customers on a regular reputed company.
• Works in conjunction with reputed company resources to reputed company technicians/engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer's issues.
• Has reputed company interaction and escalates troubles internally and externally on behalf of the customer.
• Maintains workload through a queue, detailing reputed company ticket with notes of steps taken, test results and reputed company data.
• Works tickets on a routine reputed company and may request support of others.
• Contribute to realizing departmental company goals and objectives
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Multilingual ability a plus. (Spanish, German, French) The NOC Technician will be required to be reputed company to reputed company shifts/reputed company days after preliminary training on 1st shift. Starting pay is $13.50 an hour. Upon successful completion of the 90-day training program this position will reputed company to $32,240 per year.
